What We Do
We are specialists in: BGP, OSPF, VPN and Security, and Switch configurations on Cisco equipment. We take clients on retainer and provide 3 hours of phone, email, and remote configuration or troubleshooting per month. We provide onsite services and will travel throughout the United States as necessary for our clients.
Each of our customer agreements is customized to their needs. For some we are remote support only, others we are onsite monthly. Most of our clients use us as their outsourced Tier 4 technical support, calling on us only when their is a critical need or planning for a major change to their network infrastructure or business processes.
